At The Wristoria, we offer a 1-Year Warranty on selected products only where explicitly mentioned on the product page.


Check Warranty Eligibility

You can claim warranty only if:

  • The product page clearly states “1-Year Warranty”
  • The issue occurs within 12 months of delivery
  • It’s a genuine manufacturing fault, not physical or water damage

Include in your message:

  • Your Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Product Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

🔍 Step 2: Claim Review

Our team will:

  • Verify if the product is under warranty
  • Check if the issue is covered
    Response Time: 2–3 working days

📦 Step 3: Return the Product to Us

If your claim is approved:

  • We’ll share the return address
  • You’ll need to pack the product properly (preferably in original packaging)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

🔁 Step 4: Inspection, Repair or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • It will be repaired or replaced, depending on the issue and availability

🚚 Step 5: Product Returned to Customer

After repair or replacement:

  • The product will be shipped back to the customer
  • Return shipping from us to you is free (within Pakistan)

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Items not labeled with warranty
  • Water damage, accidental damage, or misuse
  • Scratches, fading, or normal wear and tear
