At The Wristoria, we offer a 1-Year Warranty on selected products only where explicitly mentioned on the product page.

You can claim warranty only if:
- The product page clearly states “1-Year Warranty”
- The issue occurs within 12 months of delivery
- It’s a genuine manufacturing fault, not physical or water damage

- Clear photos or video showing the problem
🔍 Step 2: Claim Review
Our team will:
- Verify if the product is under warranty
- Check if the issue is covered
Response Time: 2–3 working days
📦 Step 3: Return the Product to Us
If your claim is approved:
- We’ll share the return address
- You’ll need to pack the product properly (preferably in original packaging)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
🔁 Step 4: Inspection, Repair or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- It will be repaired or replaced, depending on the issue and availability
🚚 Step 5: Product Returned to Customer
After repair or replacement:
- The product will be shipped back to the customer
- Return shipping from us to you is free (within Pakistan)
❌ Warranty Does Not Cover
- Items not labeled with warranty
- Water damage, accidental damage, or misuse
- Scratches, fading, or normal wear and tear
